Nikiti Homes is a newly built facility located outside the town of Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts. The accommodation is about 230 meters from the beach and approximately 1.4 km from the central square, promenade, marina, restaurants and cafes.
We offer two apartments for rent, modernly furnished, with a special emphasis on carefully selected details. Apartments Lanna and Emma are located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of seven people. They consist of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a double bed in two bedrooms, while the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed designed for three people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and has independent cooling units in the living room and bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV with access to international channels, mosquito nets, a hair dryer and a washing machine are at guests' disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove with four glass ceramic rings, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower and provided toiletries.
During warm summer days, guests can stay on the veranda with a view of the yard, which is equipped with seating, deckchairs and a swing.
In the decorated and well-maintained yard, it is possible to use the barbecue, with prior agreement with the owners, in order to avoid the possibility of fire.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests enter a clean accommodation unit and take care of hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided, which guests can replace independently.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Nikiti Homes is approximately 5.4 km from Metamorfosi, 9 km from Ormos Panagias and approximately 86.4 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
