Owner's description
On the beautiful sandy beach in Nikiti, about 1300m from the center, in a quiet environment, there are five apartments with a capacity of 2-4 people. They are set in a green courtyard with pine trees, palm trees, flowers and lawn and have sea views. There is also an independent residence with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room combined with a kitchen. Umbrellas and deck chairs are provided.

We are all looking forward to summer to relax and have an unforgettable vacation away from our daily routine. In a beautiful area by the sea, surrounded by pine forests and flowers, we invite you to an unforgettable vacation. Minas House are apartments by the sea located on a beautiful beach near the center of Nikiti. Here you can find restaurants, cafeterias, taverns and beach bars and enjoy delicious Greek food, drinks and cocktails. Halkidiki has some of the best beaches and landscapes in Greece.

STUDIO KOHILI: One double bed, kitchen and bathroom.
APARTMENT LITHOS: One room with double bed, living room with two single beds, kitchen and bathroom.
APARTMENT PEFKOS: One room with double bed, living room with two single beds, kitchen and bathroom.
APARTMENT AGNANTI: One bedroom with double bed, living room with two single beds, kitchen and bathroom.
APARTMENTS AVRA: Two bedrooms (with double bed and two single beds), living room with extra bed, kitchen and two bathrooms.
All apartments have a sea view, terrace with chairs and table, air conditioning, wireless internet, parasol and deck chairs. Towels and linen are changed every five days.

Small pets are welcome.
