Meltemia House is an accommodation facility located close to the beach in one of the most sought-after locations of Nikiti, in the very heart of the town. These are comfortable and neat units for rent, which are decently equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The accommodation is excellently positioned - it is located at a distance of less than 100m from the city's sandy beach and promenade, and about 50 meters from a well-stocked market, bakery, pastry shop, fast food restaurant, pizzeria and tavern.
We offer a total of four accommodation units - two studios with a gallery on the ground floor, and two apartments on the first floor.
Studio no. 1 on the ground floor has a sofa bed in the kitchen, while the gallery has one double bed and one single bed. A veranda equipped with seating is located in front of the entrance on the front side of the building.
Studio no. 2 is also located on the ground floor and has two sofa beds, one for one and one for two people, in the kitchen, while there is a double bed in the gallery. A veranda equipped with seating is located at the back of the building.
The kitchens of the studio have a stove with two burners and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and the bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub with a curtain.
Apartment no. 4 on the first floor consists of a living room with a kitchen in which there is a sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and the bathroom has a glass shower cabin. In front of the apartment there is a common area equipped with seating.
Apartment no. 3 on the first floor consists of a living room with a kitchen with a sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer, and the bathroom has a glass shower cabin. In addition to the common sitting area in front, this apartment also has a private balcony.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning. Hair dryer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are available.
A baby cot is available on request, and the stay of small pets is allowed with prior agreement with the owner.
Clean bed linen and towels are available every five days, and they are changed by guests who also take care of the hygiene of the accommodation unit during their stay.
The property does not have a landscaped yard, and guests can park their cars on the street in front of the accommodation.
The easiest way to find accommodation is if after the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti you turn right from the main road onto Neakitou Street and drive straight for about 600m (you will see a playground for children on the left), then turn right.
If you need well-equipped and correct accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the beach, and a step away from all the events and the entire tourist offer of Nikiti - Meltemia House can be a good choice for you.
