Marietta's Apartment is located on the main road in the very center of Nikiti. It is a comfortable and tidy apartment on the first floor, decently equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The city beach is about 850m away, and the apartment is located above the pharmacy, next to the bank and in the immediate vicinity of the post office, fish market, numerous bakeries/patisseries, taverns, fast food restaurants, tourist shops and markets.

The apartment can host up to five people and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, large fridge with freezer, dishes and cutlery), a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a nice little balcony. In the bedroom there are two joined single beds, while in the living room there is one single bed and a sofa under which an additional drawer bed can be pulled out. The covered balcony is equipped with seating and a clothes dryer. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The apartment is air-conditioned, has two TV sets, internet access, blinds and mosquito nets.

There is no courtyard, but a parking space is provided in front of the building.
