Leon Villas is a brand new complex located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts. This accommodation is 300m from the beach and 2km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.
This accommodation offers bright and airy studios and apartments, modernly decorated in pastel tones, located on the ground floor and on the first floor, and intended for accommodation of up to six adults.
Three-bed studios located in the basement have a double bed and a bed for one person. Three-bed studios (standard or deluxe) have a double bed and one drawer bed that is an integral part of the double bed or a fold-out armchair. Standard four-bed studios on two levels have a sofa for two people in the kitchen area and a double bed in the open gallery.
Family four-bed studios on two levels have a double bed in the kitchen area and two beds for one person in the open gallery.
Four-bed apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room they have a sofa for two people. The six-bed apartments, which are maisonettes on two levels, have a sofa for two people in the kitchen area, while they have one double bed in the bedroom and in the open gallery.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a safe, a hairdryer, a bathroom with toiletries and cosmetics, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass-ceramic rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant moments with a view of the garden and pool, depending on the number of floors, on the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating.
The hosts thought of every detail and made an effort to create beautiful memories and take the best impressions, as well as to return to your daily duties rested. In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, with stone paths, a carpet-like lawn, a garden with lots of greenery, as well as beautiful lamps that make the evenings especially romantic, you can cool off in the pool or enjoy it on the deckchairs next to it.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Accommodation units are cleaned daily during the stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
Laundry service is also available to the guests, within the price, but with the obligation to provide the means for washing.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
