If you are looking for a spacious apartment just a step away from the beach and all amenities in Nikiti, Haras House may be the ideal choice for you. This air-conditioned six-bed apartment offers complete comfort and quality, and given that it is only one accommodation unit, privacy is guaranteed.
The house has an excellent location - it is 90 m from the promenade and city beach in Nikiti, as well as 50 m from the Happy supermarket, pizzeria and tavern.
Within the facility there are five studios and one apartment, designed to meet the various needs and wishes of guests.
The smaller studio (29 m²) is suitable for a maximum of two adults. It consists of a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.
Larger studios (32 m²) can accommodate up to two adults and two children. They have a kitchenette, a bathroom and a sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
All studios are air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi, a TV and a hairdryer, while in the hallway there is a shared wardrobe with an iron and an ironing board. The kitchenettes are equipped with two ceramic hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and a toaster.
This two-story apartment (60 m²) is suitable for a maximum of five people. It consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with two single beds and one French bed. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace with an awning, a sofa and a clothes dryer. The living room with the kitchen is equipped with two sofa beds, a TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as all the necessary utensils and dishes. The bathroom has a shower-tub with a curtain and a small window. The apartment is air-conditioned, has internet and mosquito nets. A washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and an iron are available to guests. The owners provide clean bed linen and towels that guests change after five days or halfway through their stay.
The yard in front of the accommodation is private and there is a parking space in it.
Check-in is possible after 3:00 p.m., while check-out is scheduled until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. This schedule allows the hosts to prepare the accommodation for the next guests on time and ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
After the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right onto Neaktiou Street and drive straight for about 600 m (you will see a children's playground on the left), then turn right and after 50 m you will reach Haras House.
