Description Kalouda Studios is located in a tranquil setting in Nikiti , just a couple of hundred meters from the beach and promenade. Offering four apartments, privacy is guaranteed due to the small number of units, and guests also have access to wireless internet and a beautifully landscaped, secure courtyard. The accommodation is situated about 270 meters from the town beach and the promenade with bars and taverns, about 500 meters from the first major supermarket below the main road (Galaksias), and only 200 meters from the Zorbas bakery and butcher shop. The quadruple apartments (4 Bed Apartment, Ground Floor, and 4 Bed Apartment) feature a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen, while the 2 Bedroom Apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen. All units have fully equipped kitchens with a stove, fridge with a freezer, and all necessary utensils, private terraces/verandas with laundry drying racks. All units are air-conditioned, with wireless internet, TV, mosquito nets. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain, as well as a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The accommodation courtyard is fenced, small, with a lovely grassy area and a fountain. There are seven steps leading up to the courtyard from the street level. Private parking is not provided, so guests usually park on the street in front. The accommodation is easily accessible - turning off the main road after the church (on the right side of the main road), continue towards the beach for 400 meters, then turn right and drive 50 meters, then turn left into the alley and continue for about 70 meters. The street in front of the accommodation is unpaved. If you are looking for decent accommodation in a good location, close to all amenities in Nikiti, Kalouda Studios could be an excellent choice for you.
