Villa Kaliopi is located in Nikiti, on the first row to the beach, which is separated from it only by a street. The apartments are neat, comfortable and perfect for a peaceful vacation. Guests have at their disposal a fenced yard, which is practically located right next to the coast. The villa is located in a quiet part of Nikiti, but at the same time close to all necessary facilities - restaurants, taverns, shops and tourist attractions. It is ideal for those who want to relax in a pleasant environment, enjoying the silence and proximity to the beach, which is just a few steps away.

This accommodation consists of eight apartments, located on the ground floor or on the first floor, with a maximum capacity for two adults and three children up to 12 years old. Each apartment includes a bedroom with two joined beds for one person, as well as a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa or a bunk bed.

A cot is available for guests, which is included in the price.

Within these air-conditioned apartments, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV in the bedrooms, hair dryer, kitchenette equipped with a large fridge-freezer, two-burner stove, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The balcony or veranda, depending on the location of the apartment, provides guests with a pleasant space to relax with seating. The view of the sea is either direct or partial, but in any case it contributes to the special experience of the stay.

Within the fenced yard, guests have the opportunity to prepare a barbecue with family and friends, and an outdoor shower is also available.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning is done every second day, while towels and bed linen are changed every fourth day.

There is no private parking for guests, but a place can always be found down the street, near the accommodation.

Kaliopi Villa is located about 9km from Metamorfosi and 22km from one of the most popular resorts in Sithonia, Neos Marmaras, while one of the most beautiful beaches in this area, Agios Ioanis Beach, is 6km away. The nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 90 km away.
