Kaili's House accommodation is located in the very center of Nikiti, in the immediate vicinity of the beach and all the facilities that this place offers. Although it is located in the center, the property is located in a quiet location, which makes it a suitable choice for guests who want a quiet vacation, while being close to all the happenings in this coastal town.
The beach, promenade, numerous taverns and cafes are about 50 meters away. The smaller supermarket Happy is located about 300 meters away, while the larger supermarkets Galaxias and Masutis are approximately 1 km and 1.5 km from the accommodation, respectively.
We offer a total of eight accommodation units, namely five three-bed studios and three six-bed apartments with two bedrooms, located on the high ground floor and on the first floor. The studios have one double bed and a sofa bed. The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchen, a sofa for two people, one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed.
The kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with two burners, a coffee machine and necessary kitchen utensils. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. Each unit has a terrace with a table and chairs, facing the street, with a partial view of the sea.
All accommodation units have internet, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three nights.
The building does not have a yard, nor does it have a private parking lot, but it is possible to park your vehicle on the street in front of the accommodation.
The facility can be reached by turning right at the traffic lights on the main road, continuing straight towards the harbor, then turning left and driving along the promenade for about 200 meters. After the fast food facility Gyromania, you need to turn left into the street, and the house is on the left after about 50 meters.
Kaili's House is a suitable choice for guests who value cleanliness and proximity to the sea when choosing a holiday accommodation.
