Ilis Villas is a new and modern building secured by video surveillance, built in a contemporary architectural style in a quiet part of Nikiti, away from the noise and crowds, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful sandy beach. Bright, clean and spacious accommodation units are furnished with taste and everything you need for a quality and relaxing vacation.
The town beach and the promenade are less than 300m away, and the large Masutis supermarket and a center with a wide range of contents are about 500m away.
There are 10 accommodation units on offer, i.e. four deluxe studios for three people, two family suites for four people, three maisonettes for four people and one maisonette for six people.
Deluxe studios are located on the ground floor and have one double bed and a sofa bed.
The suite-type family apartments have one double bed each in the living room with kitchen and in the gallery.
The four-bed maisonettes have a living room with a kitchen and a sofa for two people, and there is a double bed in the gallery.
The six-bed maisonette has three balconies. On the lower level there is a living room with a sofa for two people and a bedroom with a double bed, and there is another double bed on the gallery.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a dining room with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a stove with a flat plate, a microwave, an electric kettle, dishes and cutlery, a smart TV, a covered balcony with comfortable seating and a clothes dryer, mosquito nets and a bathroom with a glass shower cabin and a hair dryer. A baby cot is available on request. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 2-3 days.
The yard is nicely landscaped, with a lawn at the front, and a summerhouse, barbecue and garden shower at the back. A parking space with enough space for everyone is located in front of the house.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn off the main road to Nikita right after the Masutis supermarket.
We would recommend Ilis Villas to families and couples who want quality and comfort, a good but quiet location and proximity to the beach.
