Owner's description
Hatzis House is a family business that rents apartments, located on the beach in Nikiti, Sithonia, Halkidiki. The owners of the house are Mr. George and Mrs. Panayota Hacis, professional tourism workers who have been in this business for forty years. Their son Sakis is actively involved and in charge of developing and editing the website. We are a small and independent company with limited accommodation capacity, but we survive successfully in a highly competitive environment. We believe that the only way to success is to follow our vision and maintain the set values.
Vision: To be the first choice when choosing an apartment in Nikiti.
Mission: To be at the service of our guests and give them an unforgettable vacation so that they come to us again.
Values: Honesty and respect for our guests.
Quality service is always implied. For us, our guests are much more than people who are looking for accommodation in which they will spend a few days. We love our country, its history, and tradition. We believe that the past unites us and void towards the future. Tourism is primarily a social activity, not an economic one. It should therefore be approached in a professional manner with an emphasis on social aspects such as friendship, hospitality and cultural exchanges. It should not be seen only as an opportunity for a job aimed at seasonal profits. We are very diligent and we believe that it will pay off in the end.
We are located in Nikiti, near a small marina.
We offer spacious and well-equipped apartments in our house surrounded by a beautiful yard.
We have a beautiful yard in the central part of which is a large pine tree that provides shade for our guests.
We offer accommodation in comfortable apartments with a capacity of 2 to 5 people. There are 2 types of apartments: one and two bedroom. One bedroom apartments have one room with 3 beds, kitchen and bathroom. Two bedroom apartments have 2 separate bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, kitchen and bathroom. Each apartment has its own terrace with table and chairs. One-bedroom apartments are suitable for couples or families with one child, and two-bedroom apartments for larger families or groups of people. All kitchens are separated from the bedrooms and are fully equipped with a large refrigerator and electric stove. In them, you can prepare food yourself and thus save a lot of money. Each apartment has a TV and air conditioning. Some also have central heating.
