Giannakoudis maisonettes are located in a quiet location in Nikiti, about 200m from the city beach, the main promenade and all other facilities. Tucked away in a landscaped yard, it offers guests a peaceful vacation.

There are two six-bed apartments and one four-bed apartment. The six-bed apartment located on the first floor has a corner sofa in the dining room and kitchen, one bedroom has two single beds, the other has a double bed. Each room has a TV and two air conditioners, in the room with dining room and kitchen and in the bedroom with two single beds. The second six-bed apartment is located on the upper ground floor. There are two sofa beds in the room with dining room and kitchen, in one bedroom there are two joined single beds, in the other there is a double bed. Each room has a TV and an air conditioner. The four-bed apartment is located on the upper ground floor. There is a sofa bed in the room where the kitchen and dining room are, while the bedroom has a double bed. If necessary, the owners can add a cot.

All apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, mosquito nets and internet. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, they have a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. They have stoves and large refrigerators. The bathrooms have a bordered shower area with a curtain. A washing machine and hair dryer are also available to guests.

Each apartment has its own place to sit in front of the accommodation or on a private terrace, and with an agreement with other guests in maisonettes, a mobile grill can be used. There is a private parking lot in front of the accommodation.

Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as apartment cleaning is done every fourth day. With consultation with the owners, it is possible for pets to stay in the accommodation.

After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikita, continue straight until you see the church on the right. After the church, turn right into the street and drive straight until you reach the Fresh Corner store on the right, turn right there, then drive another 80m and you will see Giannakoudis Maisonettes on the right.
