Amber Blue House is located in a quiet part of Nikiti, just a few steps from the sandy beach. The building is newly built, it is characterized by a modern interior and tastefully designed family rooms. Considering that it is only one accommodation unit, this house is ideal for those who want complete privacy.

The nearest sandy beach is only 70m from the accommodation, as well as a promenade with taverns and cafes. A bakery where you can enjoy Greek pastries is 500m away. The Masutsis supermarket is located on the highway and is about 700m away, while Lidl is about 1km from the accommodation.

It is a house with a gallery (67m2), and upon entering it, you will find yourself in a beautiful living room, quite bright since one whole wall is made up of glass doors. From the living room, through this glass door, you can go out to the balcony, which has a side view of the sea. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep two people. The dining set visually separates the living room from the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary dishes, as well as a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and access to the balcony overlooking the yard and nearby houses. On the gallery, which is not physically separated, there are two single beds as well as a window, which gives it a lot of natural light. The accommodation has one bathroom with a shower, located on the lower level.

All rooms have a smart TV and the ability to watch movies via Netflix, as well as air conditioners and mosquito nets. Change of bed linen and towels as well as cleaning is done every four days.

The yard is fenced with a well-kept lawn, and you can also use the barbecue. The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can park directly in front of the house.

The easiest way to get to the apartment is if from the main highway, from the direction of Thessaloniki, turn right in Nikita near the church, drive to the sea, and then continue left along the beach for the next 250m. Then turn left and after about 70 meters you will see the accommodation on the right.
