The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house built on a slope, where upon entering you go down two stairs. It is intended for a stay of up to four adults. The sleeping part of the apartment, which is separated from the kitchen area by accordion doors, is equipped with a double bed, while the kitchen area has two single beds.

At the guests' request, a baby cot is available at no additional charge.

The apartment is air-conditioned, with the air-conditioner located in the kitchen area. Free Wi-Fi internet, flat-screen TV, hair dryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four hotplates, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and an electric kettle are at guests' disposal.
