Seafront Villa is a family accommodation located directly on the seafront, with a beautifully landscaped and fenced yard and direct access to a private part of Tripotamos beach. It is located in a quiet and safe environment, on the road between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, on the west coast of Sithonia. The nearest market is about 1 km away.

Only the left half of the house, viewed from the street, is rented out to guests. It is an apartment on two levels, designed for a maximum of five people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms with access to a balcony with a view of the sea, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds and a folding armchair, as well as air conditioning. Staying during warm summer days is possible on the veranda or balcony, with a view of the sea and the yard.

The apartment is air-conditioned, with one air conditioner on each level. Wi-Fi internet, flat-screen smart TV, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, toiletries and mosquito nets on the windows are at guests' disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge with freezer, four glass ceramic hobs, a large oven, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. On request, it is possible to provide a baby cot, while the stay of pets is not allowed.

During their stay, guests independently take care of maintaining cleanliness, as well as changing bed linen and towels, for which they are provided with additional sets.

The courtyard leads directly to the sandy beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided, and there is an outdoor shower next to the gate that separates the yard from the beach. The yard is fenced and carefully landscaped, with a lawn, palm trees, deckchairs and a swing, as well as a summer house with an outdoor dining area and barbecue.

At the very entrance to the yard there is a private parking lot with two parking spaces.

Coming from the direction of Nikiti, after passing Lagomandra beach and Tortuga beach bar, you should turn right after about 180 meters and continue straight for approximately 200 meters to the first house on the right, where Seafront Villa is located.

This accommodation is suitable for guests who want to stay right on the beach, in a quiet environment, with a spacious yard and complete privacy.
