Our description

Roula House is located in the central town square of Neos Marmaras, above the foreign language school.

Accommodation is located about 150 m from the city beach, and about 30 meters from the sea. The building was built in 1975, and the last renovation was done in 2016, so the accommodation is in very good condition.

This facility has apartments for four to five people and studios for two to three people. The studios have two or three single beds (can be connected to a double), TV, kitchenette, bathroom and some of them have a private balcony. The studios at the front face the sea and the square, while the studios at the back do not have a view. Apartments for five and one apartment for four people are located on the second floor, renovated in 2014 into high quality accommodation units, with quality, leather furniture, modern kitchens and TVs, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Smaller apartment, for 4 + 1 person has a separate bedroom and living room with kitchen, in the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed. The five-bed apartments have two bedrooms, one apartment has two double beds, the other a king-size double bed, a standard-size double bed and a living room with a sofa bed.

All accommodation units have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom, and guests in the apartments are provided with a hair dryer.

After five nights stay, bed linen and towels are changed.

If you are looking for accommodation in the city center, close to the best taverns, close to the sea, Roula House can be a great choice for you.

House Roula is located in the central town square. It is located 30m from the sea and about 150m from the sandy city beach Neos Marmarasa. It offers air-conditioned accommodation and a garden with garden furniture. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Rooms and studios on the ground floor have wooden furniture, a minibar and a TV, while some also have a kitchenette.

Second floor, where there are studio number 7 and apartments no. 9 and no. 8, was renovated in 2014. In the immediate vicinity of Roula House, there are taverns serving local cuisine. The bus station is about 50m away from the house.

Double rooms 1-4 have sea views and a balcony, and are equipped with TV, wardrobe, tumble dryer and air conditioning. Each room has a toilet and a bathroom with shower. Rooms have free internet access and satellite TV, soundproofing and tiled or marble floors. There are 2 single standard beds in all rooms.

Double rooms 5-6 do not have a balcony and do not have a sea view. They are equipped with TV, wardrobe, tumble dryer, refrigerator and air conditioning. Each room has a toilet and a bathroom with shower. Rooms have free internet access and satellite TV, soundproofing and tiled or marble floors. There are 2 single beds in all rooms.

Studio with sea view 7 was renovated in 2014. It consists of a bedroom and a separate living room. Each room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, sofas, sofa, wardrobe, tumble dryer, bathroom and toilet with shower and hairdryer, small kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery. Rooms have heating, free internet, satellite TV and a balcony. The rooms are soundproofed and have marble floors. The rooms have one sofa bed and one large double bed.

Two bedroom apartment with large veranda 8 was renovated in 2014. It has two separate bedrooms and one small living room. Each room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, sofas, sofa, wardrobe, tumble dryer, bathroom and toilet with shower and hairdryer, small kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery. Rooms have heating, free internet, satellite TV and a balcony. The rooms are soundproofed and have marble floors. The rooms have two double beds and one sofa bed.

Two bedroom apartment 9 was renovated in 2014. It has one bedroom with a leather bed, and another bedroom with a sea view. The apartment also has a small kitchen, living room, dining room with dining table. Each room has HD TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, seating, sofa, wardrobe, tumble dryer, bathroom and toilet with shower and hairdryer, small kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery. Rooms have heating, free internet, satellite TV and a balcony. The rooms are soundproofed and have marble floors. The rooms have one large double and one standard double bed.
