Oasis Studios is located in Neos Marmaras and has air-conditioned studios for two to three people. Accommodation units have wireless internet, mosquito nets and a kitchenette. The facility is modestly equipped, but neat and functional, located in a pleasant location with a small, safe yard in greenery and natural shade. Some studios have a partial view of the sea.

The Paradisos beach is about 400 meters away, the pharmacy is about 220 meters away, while the nearest shops are approximately 200 meters away. The center of Neos Marmaras is at a distance of about 420 meters.

The accommodation was built in 1980, and the studios have been slightly renovated over the last few years. We offer a total of six studios for two to three people.

Double studios are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and mosquito nets. There is one double bed in the sleeping area, while the kitchenette contains a stove with two hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower without a tub and a curtain.

Three-bed studios are intended for a maximum of two adults and one child. They are equipped in the same way as double studios, with an additional extra bed with a slightly thicker mattress.

The verandas of the studios on the ground floor are covered by an awning, but they are passable, while the terraces of the studios on the first floor are separated from each other by bars, equipped with seating and have a partial view of the sea.

Bed linen and towels are changed after three to four nights, depending on the length of stay. During the stay, the guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the accommodation units.

Around the building there is a small, fenced yard paved with stone, with greenery, natural shade of vines and furniture for sitting. The accommodation does not have private parking.

Accommodation is easy to get to. When entering Neos Marmaras, it is necessary to turn right from the main road into Akropoleos Street and continue for about 540 meters, then turn into the alley on the left, after which you will arrive in front of the building.

Oasis Studios is the correct choice for guests who are not overly demanding and for whom the most important thing is a good location, i.e. a practical base for staying and visiting Neos Marmaras.
