Marias Home is located in Neos Marmaras and can be a very good choice for couples or larger families looking for modern, beautifully decorated accommodation in close proximity to the beach and everyday amenities. The building is new, in excellent condition and has air-conditioned accommodation units with internet, kitchen and spacious terraces. The city beach is only 50 meters away, while shops and a pharmacy are a few steps away from the accommodation.

The accommodation is located about 50 meters from the city beach in Neos Marmaras, while the central city square is approximately 550 meters away.

We offer three accommodation units, built in 2018 - two two-bed studios and one six-bed apartment.

Marias House double studio is located at the front of the building. It is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, plasma TV, refrigerator with freezer compartment and kitchenette with two-burner stove, electric kettle and basic dishes. The bathroom is modernly decorated and has a shower cabin. Marias Home double studio is located at the back of the building and has a double bed, air conditioning and TV. The kitchen in this unit is slightly more spacious and equipped with a modern oven and a larger refrigerator, and it is partially separated from the sleeping area. Both studios have private terraces with seating.

Six-bed apartment George consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms. One has a double bed, while the other has two single beds and bunk beds. The kitchen is located on a spacious terrace and is equipped with a stove, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment has the largest, covered terrace with seating, a dining table and a partial view of the sea.

The building does not have a yard, and public parking is located about 180 meters away, in the street next to the beach.

Accommodation is easy to get to - at the beginning of the city beach, near the stadium, there is a Naval cafe. It is necessary to take the street above it about 30 meters, where Marias Home is located on the left.

Considering the proximity of the stadium and the busy street, this accommodation is more suitable for guests who do not mind city dynamics and occasional noise, and for whom a good location and close proximity to the beach are a priority.
