Lena's House is a neat and comfortable accommodation in Neos Marmaras, one of the most beautiful places in Sithonia. Thanks to its favorable position, it is a good starting point for touring the entire peninsula, as numerous beaches and interesting destinations are easily accessible. The town beach in Neos Marmaras is sandy, with a gradual entry into the sea, shallows and natural shade, which makes it suitable for families and a relaxed stay. The town itself has a pronounced coastal character, with taverns, a promenade by the sea and a marina, while the hilly terrain and cascading houses give it a special visual identity.

We offer two-bed and four-bed studios located on the second floor of the building. The accommodation units consist of a living area with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The double studio has a French bed. The four-bed studios are arranged differently - one has a double bed, a sofa for one person and a folding armchair, another has a double bed and a sofa for two people, while the third has a double bed and bunk beds.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and guests have free Wi-Fi internet, TV and hair dryer at their disposal. In each unit there is a kitchenette intended for preparing simpler meals, equipped with two hotplates and a large refrigerator with freezer. In some studios, a stove with a smaller hotplate, a toaster, a kettle and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment are additionally available.

Each accommodation unit has a separate balcony with seating, with a view of the sea or the mountain, depending on the location of the studio.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests enter clean accommodation and during their stay take care of maintaining hygiene, as well as changing bed linen and towels, which are provided every five days.

There is no private parking, but a parking space can be found in front of the building or along the street where the accommodation is located.

Lena's House is 32 km from Vourvourou and 20 km from Nikiti. The beaches of Destenika and Tristinika are located at a distance of 18 and 20 km, respectively. The nearest airport, Macedonia in Thessaloniki, is about 108 km away.
