Description Gesthimani Villa is a modest but decent accommodation, located close to the beach and near Neos Marmaras. It has comfortable and tidy studios, equipped with everything that is necessary for a pleasant stay. At less than 100m, there is a pebble beach, while the sandy beach in the area Paradisos is about 1.5km away. The center of Neos Marmaras, as well as the beautiful city beach is about 3 km away from the villa. The nearest shop and bakery are approximately 1 km away, while the big discount store Lidl is 1.5 km away. There are a couple of traditional taverns in the vicinity of the accommodation, one of them is just across the street. Gesthimani Villa offers for rent studios that can accommodate 2-5 people - located on the ground floor, first and second floor. On the ground floor, there is one triple studio and one quintuple studio. On the first floor, there is one triple studio and one quadruple studio. On the second floor, there is one double studio and one triple studio. The double studio features a double bed, the triple studio has one double and one single bed, the quadruple studio has two double beds, and the five-bed studio has one single bed, one double bed, and a bunk bed. The studios on the ground floor have a veranda overlooking the courtyard, while the balconies of those upstairs studios overlook the nature and greenery, or the sea from a distance. All accommodation units have a kitchenette equipped with a hotplate (with one or two rings), a kettle, and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. In the quadruple studio, the kitchen area is located on the balcony. The small bathrooms have a shower tray with a curtain. The studios feature mosquito nets, Wi-Fi internet, TV, and air conditioning. Clean bed linen and towels are available at half of the stay, and guests are in charge of replacement (as well as maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation unit during their stay - they are provided with all necessary cleaning products). A baby cot is not available, and pets are not allowed. In the beautifully landscaped, spacious yard, guests have at their disposal covered seating and dining sets, as well as barbecue facilities. Parking is provided with enough space for everyone. If you are coming from Thessaloniki, you will find accommodation if you turn right from the main road right across the Drosia tavern (about 2km after passing the Castello ). Gesthimani Villa can be a good choice for guests who need a holiday in a quiet environment, in family accommodation outside the crowds, away from the eyes of mass tourism.
