Accommodation Erika's Apartment is located near the strict center of Neos Marmaras, about 150 m from the pebbly, unkempt beach, while the town's sandy beach is approximately 2 km away.

In the immediate vicinity there are numerous taverns, cafes, markets and souvenir shops.

We offer a studio on the ground floor that can accommodate up to four people, and is recommended for two adults and two children.

This air-conditioned studio has two joined single beds and a sofa bed, suitable for two people.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, a small refrigerator, a stove with two burners, a small oven and a toaster. The bathroom is separated by an accordion door and has a shower with a curtain (tiles only).

Free Wi-Fi internet and TV are available to guests.

The studio has a large balcony with a sea view, equipped with a table and chairs.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking is possible along the street in front of the building.

Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, while guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean during their stay.

Guests staying in this accommodation are required to pay a deposit in the amount of €50 as a guarantee for possible damage to bed linen and towels. The deposit is returned if there is no damage, provided that the sheets and towels are free of stains from sunscreen, make-up, chocolate, wine, nail polish or other stains that cannot be removed by professional washing machines.
