Avli Home is an accommodation that offers a good combination of peaceful surroundings and proximity to the most important amenities in Neos Marmaras. It is located about 250 m from the town center, 180 m from the children's playground and approximately 900 m from Paradisos beach, while the city beach of Neos Marmaras is about 2 km away.
We offer new, spacious and modernly equipped accommodation units, designed for a comfortable and functional stay. The building has two apartments and one studio.
The apartment can accommodate up to three adults and one child, with an area of about 50 m², located on the first floor. It consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a large balcony with seating. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the other there is a single bed with a drawer bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment for three people, with an area of about 45 m², is located on the ground floor. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa bed, a bathroom and a veranda equipped with seating. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
A studio for two people, about 20 m², is also located on the ground floor. Within the space there is a double bed and a kitchen area, while the bathroom and veranda with seating are separate. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with two hotplates, a small fridge with freezer, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Bathrooms in all accommodation units have a shower with a glass screen. All units are air-conditioned and guests have access to a TV with Netflix, WiFi internet and a hair dryer.
A baby cot can be provided upon request, at no additional charge. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation units, along with the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. A laundry service is also available for an additional fee.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking is possible in front of the building or in the surrounding streets.
