Chill Out Apartment is located in a quiet part of Neos Marmaras and offers one apartment that can host up to six adults. Due to its size and layout, it is suitable for a larger group or two families.

Paradisos beach is about 500 meters away, while the town center, shops, bakeries and taverns are located approximately the same distance. The nearest beach is in front of Marmaras Hotel, about 200 meters from the accommodation.

The apartment is located in the basement on the side from which you enter the building, which is reached by going down a few steps, while on the other side you go directly to the yard, which is at the ground floor level. From that side, there is a partial, distant view of the sea, as well as a view of the surrounding buildings. It has an area of about 60 m² and consists of two separate bedrooms, each with one double bed and one single bed, while one of the rooms also has a couch. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with TV and wireless internet.

The kitchen is functionally equipped and includes a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a three-burner microwave oven, and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a shower-tub with a curtain, and a hairdryer is also available to guests. Cleaning of the apartment, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.

In the yard, which provides a lot of natural shade, guests have a barbecue at their disposal. The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but there is enough parking space around the property.
