Candi Luxury Suites is a luxury accommodation in Neos Marmaras, located in an exceptional location near the stadium and just a few steps from the sea. The building has modern, carefully decorated and well-equipped accommodation units, intended for guests who want comfort and a modern ambience during their stay.

The small beach is located right across the road from the accommodation, about 20 meters away, while the town's sandy beach is approximately 250 meters away. Paradisos beach is about 2 km away, and the center of Neos Marmaras, with supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants and other tourist attractions, is about 700 meters away.

There are four apartments on offer. Apartments Suite 1 and Suite 2 are located on the second floor and consist of one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a sofa for two people. Apartments Suite 3 and Suite 4 are located on the third floor. Both have a bedroom with a double bed, while there is an additional double bed in the living room. Suite 4 has a hydromassage tub in the living area, while Suite 3 has a jacuzzi on the balcony.

All apartments are air-conditioned and have additional air conditioning in the bedroom. WiFi internet, two TVs, hair dryer and basic toiletries are available to guests. The kitchens in the Suite 1 and Suite 2 apartments are equipped with the necessary dishes, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a flat plate with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A small fridge, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a kettle are available in the Suite 3 and Suite 4 apartments. The bathrooms in the Suite 1 and 2 apartments have a shower cabin with a hydromassage column, while the Suite 3 and 4 apartments have a shower area without a bathtub, with a glass screen.

All balconies are equipped with seating and offer a direct view of the sea, with the possibility of enjoying the sunsets.

The accommodation has private parking in front of the building. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three to four days, depending on the length of stay. Upon prior request, the owners can provide a baby cot.
