Our description
Anastasia Studios is about 150 meters from Paradisos Beach in Neos Marmaras. Tucked away in a spacious, fenced, beautifully landscaped yard with a lawn, seating and toys for children, this accommodation offers a picture of the right place for a family vacation.

Accommodation has a total of nine studios for two, three or four people.

All double studios have a double bed, except for two which are located on the 2nd floor and have two single beds each. These two studios are interconnected by a door, so they can be used as a duplex apartment.

Triple studios have one double and one single bed. The four-bed studios have one double bed and an extra bed with a thin mattress suitable for two children.

The kitchens in the studios have two hobs, a refrigerator and the necessary utensils. All units have TV, air conditioning, internet, modern, sliding mosquito nets. The bathrooms have a wall-mounted shower and a curtain.

Three studios (double, triple and quadruple) are located on the ground floor of the accommodation, while the others are on the 1st and 2nd floor. The first floor could also be considered as a high ground floor, because it is about ten steps above ground level. The studies on the ground floor are three steps below ground level. The four-bed studio on the ground floor has two double beds with canopy mosquito nets, three single beds and one single bed (the beds are wooden, and this studio is slightly lower quality than the others), double double bed. In front of the studio on the ground floor is a common veranda with tables and chairs. Other studios have spacious, private terraces.

Bed linen and towels are changed after three nights.

This accommodation would be a good choice for all those looking for solid, clean accommodation, in a quiet place, within walking distance of the beach. Due to its safety, it is also suitable for families with children.

Our family business Anastasia Studios is located in Sithonia, the second finger of Halkidiki, one of the most beautiful regions of Greece.

Relax in our large, spacious courtyard with flowers and trees, where your children can play carefree or spend sunny days on the nearby Paradisos Beach. Enjoy the specialties of traditional Greek cuisine in the tavern Dimitris, which is located next to our house. Enjoy the diversity of Sithonia away from mass tourism. We are looking forward to hosting you in the family ambience of our accommodation.

Anastasia Studios offers different types of rooms: double, triple and triple rooms with extra bed. All rooms have a bathroom, air conditioning, TV and kitchen. In addition, there is our large yard with comfortable seating and a large barbecue area.
