Aamar House is a quality, clean and nicely decorated accommodation, located in a very quiet location outside the settlement, near Neos Marmaras. It is intended for guests who want privacy, silence and a stay in a natural environment. The building is surrounded by olive trees, and it offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the Porto Karas area, which adds to the impression of a complete vacation near one of the most famous resorts in Halkidiki.
The accommodation is located in the area of Imeri Elia, about 800 meters from the Masutis market and approximately 1.7 km from the city beach in Neos Marmaras.
Aamar House has three accommodation units, but two are rented out to guests - a two-bed studio and a five-bed apartment.
The double studio with sea view is located on the first floor, above the upper ground floor. It is equipped with two joined single beds, a kitchen area with a stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, air conditioning, TV, wireless Internet, mosquito nets and a bathroom with a shower. In front of the entrance there is a place for sitting and resting, while the terrace offers a beautiful view of the greenery and the sea.
The five-bed apartment is located on the upper ground floor and has a private veranda measuring about 5x2 meters, with a view towards Porto Karas. In the spacious living room with the kitchen there are two joined single beds and another single bed, a dining table, armchairs and a coffee table. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove and coffee maker. In the separate bedroom there are two joined single beds, while the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The apartment is equipped with TV, internet and mosquito nets.
During their stay, guests take care of maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves, without additional arrivals of staff. Clean bed linen and towels are provided.
The yard is fenced and carefully landscaped, with greenery, stone paths and trees. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue and a parking area with enough space for everyone.
The accommodation can be reached by the highway Nikiti-Sarti. About 280 meters after the turn for Kelyfos Hotel, you need to turn left and continue uphill for about 250 meters, where Aamar House is located.
This accommodation is suitable for guests who prioritize peace, quiet and being in nature and want to be close to Neos Marmaras and its amenities.
