Apartment Tami is located in Nea Epivatis, 70 m from the beach. The apartment has been completely renovated, it is located in an attractive and quiet location on the first floor of the building and is suitable for 3-4 people.

The apartment has a living room with a folding corner sofa and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available to guests. The apartment has mosquito nets on the windows. It is also equipped with air conditioning, and internet is available to guests.

During the stay, hygiene maintenance is left to the guests. Towels and spare bed linen are also available.

There is no private parking, but it is always possible to find a parking place around the building.

The beach is sandy and along the entire length of the beach there is a wide promenade, and since Nei Epivates is connected to Perea on one side and Agia Triad on the other, it is ideal for long walks and bike rides. There are many restaurants, taverns and cafes on the coast itself. For those who would like to visit the different beaches of Halkidiki, 20 km from Perea, there are the famous beaches of Potamos and Sahara.

The proximity of Thessaloniki makes this place very attractive. It is possible to reach Thessaloniki from Nei Epivatis by city bus or take a boat trip to the center of Thessaloniki. Within a ten minute drive there are Ikea, Jumbo and Cosmos - a popular shopping center in Thessaloniki. There are several supermarkets in Perea, including Masutis and Lidl. Waterland is nearby for lovers of water fun. The airport is located nearby, so the place is suitable for those who travel by plane.
