Magda apartments are new, modern, comfortable and clean apartments in beautiful Nea Roda, built in 2019. The accommodation is located next to a supermarket (4m), while a butcher and bakery are 20m away. The sea is only a 4-minute walk away (about 150m), so you don't need a car.

The four-bed studio (32m2) consists of a bathroom, a kitchen with a living room and a separate sleeping area in which there is a double bed, while in the modern and comfortable living room there is a folding sofa with the dimensions of a double bed.

A two-bedroom apartment (42m2) can accommodate up to six people. It has two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a bathroom, a kitchen with a living room (folding couch) and a balcony.

Both apartments are located on the high ground floor (five steps above), are air-conditioned and have a TV, hair dryer, iron, mosquito nets and WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, necessary dishes for dining and preparing meals, as well as a kettle, toaster and coffee machine, ie espresso (duplex).

When it comes to hygiene, after four nights, cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done according to the agreement with the owner, or the wish of the guest.

Guests can park on the street in front of the accommodation.
If by any chance the guests arrive earlier or their departure is later, they can leave their luggage in the accommodation without any problem until the moment of entry, i.e. departure.
