Dandy Villa is located in the quiet settlement of Komitsa, not far from Nea Roda on the Athos peninsula, only 900 meters from the beach. This three-storey, two-bedroom house offers accommodation for up to six people. It is comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool and a garden with a barbecue. It is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy privacy and a peaceful environment.
Offered for rent is a house on three levels, with two bedrooms, designed to accommodate up to six people. On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In the attic there is a double bed and a sofa for two people. In the basement there is a renovated wine cellar, where guests can taste wines for an additional fee.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free Wi-Fi, a TV in the living room and bedrooms, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four glass ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.
The bedroom opens onto a balcony equipped with seating and a beautiful side view of the sea or the pool.
Guests can enjoy the courtyard with a private pool, as well as prepare a barbecue.
