Villa Oasis is a traditional complex located next to a pine forest and sandy beach, 5.5 km from Nea Potidea in Halkidiki. The complex has one villa, four apartments and two studios. Accommodation units are air conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. All units have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the pine forests of northern Kassandra.
Villa Oasis is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with barbecue facilities, a children’s playground and a car park. The complex is located 100m from the sea. The long sandy beach is practically private, and the sea is crystal clear and shallow, ideal for children.
Villa Oasis offers warm hospitality and a relaxing holiday on the Kassandra Peninsula in Halkidiki.
VILLA: Within the complex there is a villa for rent and occupies the western part of the complex.
The entrance to the villa is from the garden, and the living room (40m2) is entered directly. The living room has a fireplace, traditional furniture with 4 large sofas and small round tables. Dining room and kitchen (26m2) are in the extension of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining room has a table with eight chairs.
From the kitchen a small hallway leads to a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom (16m2) with a double bed and one standard single bed.
From the living room stairs lead to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The first bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace with fantastic views.
All rooms are air conditioned with five independent air conditioners and have closets. The villa has a TV and free WiFi. Electricity (mainly for air conditioning) is charged an additional 0.2 euros per kwh. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils for 12 people. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and two hair dryers. There is also a washing machine and a barbecue in the garden. Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week. All the necessary preparations for cleaning the villa have been provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request at an additional cost (40e per cleaning).
APARTMENTS: The traditional complex Villa Oasis has two apartments for rent on the ground floor, two apartments on the first floor and two studios on the top floor. Apartments and studios have panoramic views of one of Halkidiki’s most magnificent landscapes, blue sea and long beaches.
Ground floor apartments have a side entrance and a private garden terrace. They can accommodate up to five adults, three in the bedroom and two in the living room. The fifth bed is charged 10 euros per day.
The apartments on the first floor have an entrance at the back from the garden and a balcony at the front. These apartments can accommodate up to four adults, two in the bedroom and two in the living room.
Studios (40m2) have an entrance from the back and a terrace with a beautiful view. They contain a double bed and one standard single bed in the bedroom, and the kitchen is in the extension in the same room.
All accommodation units have fully equipped kitchens with a large fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker and crockery for 6 people. They also have a bathroom with a shower and hot water. Accommodation units also have two dining rooms with tables and chairs. The first is in the kitchen, and the second outside on the terrace or in a private part of the yard.
SERVICES AND FACILITIES: Studios and apartments are traditionally equipped and fully air conditioned with one independent air conditioner in each room. Electricity is additionally charged 0.20 euros per kwh. If the air conditioner works with the door closed, the surcharge is not more than 1e per day. Air conditioning is generally not needed due to the breeze that blows during the day.
Hot water is available in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Bed linen and towels are changed once or twice a week. Studios and apartments have all the means to maintain cleanliness. A TV, hairdryer and clock radio are provided in each unit. Free WiFi internet is also available. There is also a washing machine for shared use as well as an iron or ironing board.
YARD: Villa Oasis complex is located in a yard of 4000m2. The complex is surrounded by a fence and offers safety for children. In the yard there is a playground for children with swings, table games and barbecue. The area of beautiful lawn in the yard is 1500m2. There is also parking for 10 cars in the shade of large trees.
The barbecue is the most favorite place after the beach, and there is also an outdoor dining area and a large refrigerator.
There are a lot of different flowers, flower beds, bushes and trees in the yard, in perfect harmony with the pine forest that stretches to the shore.
Villa Oasis is an ideal base for excursions and exploration of beautiful Halkidiki. The complex is located 75km south of Thessaloniki and is located at the beginning of Kassandra, at a distance of 5.5km from Nea Potidea. Explore the long sandy beaches of Kassandra, the bays of Sithonia, the forests of the wild mountains of Holomontas and visit the monasteries of Mount Athos.
Near the complex are Nea Potidea and Nea Fokea, then Nea Moudania (commercial center), Kallithea (nightlife), Afitos (traditional village) and the Sani complex (luxury resort). The best nightlife, most luxury resorts and the best cultural events in Halkidiki are within 15km of the complex.
