Juli apartments are located in Nea Potidea and have a total of four accommodation units. Three units have a view of the sea, while one has a view of the street. In all accommodation units, the wall that separates the sleeping area from the rest of the space has an opening in the form of a window frame, which can be covered with a curtain for privacy if necessary. Due to this arrangement of space, the accommodation is more suitable for families with children.

There are three single beds each in the three-bed studio and the three-bed apartment. In the three-bed apartment, there is the possibility of adding a fourth, extra bed. Apartments with two bedrooms have a total of four single beds, two in each bedroom.

The offer includes one studio with a view of the street, one four-bed apartment with a view of the sea and two apartments with two bedrooms each, also with a view of the sea.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and guests have access to WiFi internet, TV and mosquito nets. Kitchens in all units are equipped with two hotplates. The sea view units have a large fridge freezer, while the triple studio has a standard fridge freezer.

The bathrooms of the three-bed units have a shower, while the four-bed units have shower cabins with plastic partitions. All accommodation units have their own balconies.

Guests have at their disposal one portable barbecue, which can be used in the nearby park.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves. Bed linen and towels are changed once during the stay, after five days, exclusively for stays of ten or more nights. For stays of less than ten days, the change of bed linen and towels is not provided.

The stay of pets is possible with prior request. Parking is possible along the street, where there are usually enough free parking spaces for accommodation guests.
