At the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, about 1.6 km from the town of Nea Potidea, there is the Cozy Cliff House - a family house located in a very quiet location, only 300 m from the sea. Restaurants, shops, bakeries and various beaches are available within a 5-10 minute drive, while the nearest markets and bakeries are about 1.5 km away.

This two-story house is designed for up to five adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the children's room is equipped with a smaller single bed and a sofa; a cot is also available.

The accommodation is fully equipped and offers cooling units and fans in all rooms, free WiFi, TV, washing machine, mosquito nets, as well as a kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, a stove with a large oven and four glass ceramic hobs, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower with a glass screen. Pets are not allowed.

Guests maintain their own hygiene, and an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided; upon request, it is possible to organize cleaning for an additional fee. The balcony offers a view of the sea in the distance, while the veranda with seating is ideal for relaxing with a view of the fenced and beautifully landscaped yard. In the yard there is a barbecue, toys for children and enough space for safe play.

A private parking space is provided in front of the house. Cozy Cliff House is an excellent choice for families with small children and anyone looking for peace, privacy and a pleasant stay near the sea.
