8 Boutique Suites is a luxury apartment complex with four stars, located in a quiet part of Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, at a distance of about 100 meters from the beach. It is intended for guests who want quality and comfortable accommodation in a pleasant environment, with a good connection to the surrounding places and facilities.

The offer includes apartments with one and two bedrooms, located on the ground floor and first floor, as well as a studio suitable for people with disabilities. The apartments on the ground floor, seen from the entrance, are at ground level, while from the side of the pool, you go down a few steps to the courtyard. All accommodation units are designed for up to five adults, while the studio is designed for two adults and one child.

In most apartments, the living room has a sofa for two people, while apartment number 3 has a sofa for one person. In the bedrooms there is usually a double bed, with the fact that apartment number 4 in the bedroom, in addition to the double bed, also has a sofa intended for two children. Two-bedroom apartments have two single beds in the second bedroom, which can be pulled out and used as double beds. The studio is equipped with a double bed and a sofa and is fully adapted for people with disabilities, in accordance with current European standards, including the width of the entrance, driveway and bathroom.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with the living room and bedrooms having separate air conditioners. Free Wi-Fi internet, TV, private bathroom with hairdryer, as well as a modern kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster are at guests' disposal.

The stay is additionally completed with balconies and verandas, equipped with seating, with a view of the sea or the yard and pool, depending on the number of floors. In the yard, it is possible to use the area for preparing a barbecue in the company of family or friends.

A large and carefully arranged yard with a lawn and decorative lighting offers a pleasant environment for relaxation during the day and evening. Guests can use the swimming pool, also suitable for children, as well as deckchairs and umbrellas by the pool, which are included in the price of the stay.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Cleaning of the apartment, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every two days during the stay.

For each accommodation unit, one parking space is provided in the yard. The 8 Boutique Suites complex is approximately 54 km from Thessaloniki Airport, approximately 4 km from Nea Mudanja and approximately 3 km from the center of Nea Potidea.
