Milona Studios is a modest accommodation in a fantastic location, if you want to be in a busy place, on the main street, in the first row to the sea, on the promenade, in the very center of Nea Peramos.

On the first floor there is one double studio (12m2) with two single beds, mini kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the street.

In addition to the double room, on the first floor there is also another three-bed studio that has a double bed and a sofa bed for two small children or one adult. This studio has a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious terrace with a direct view of the sea. Only this unit is available for bookings from the 2025 season.

In the attic there is a room without a kitchen. The ceiling is very low and the corridor with the stairs leading to it is low and narrow. There is one double bed in the room. This accommodation unit does not have a kitchen, only a fridge and a kettle or a coffee maker, but it has a nice terrace with a fantastic direct view of the sea. There is no internet signal in the room.

All three accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets, a bathroom, a refrigerator, wireless internet is available from the café on the ground floor, a hair dryer can be obtained on site, and it is advisable to book a baby cot in advance.

Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels is for five days, and a different schedule of these services can be arranged with the owner on the spot.

The accommodation is only 50 meters away from the beach. Parking can be found next to the villa or on the street.

The owner speaks Serbian fluently.

Accommodation is ideal for people from 15 to 35 years old, but also for everyone else who feels that way, eager for fun and nightlife. In the coffee bar within the house, loud music is played until one or two hours after midnight, so it is not suitable for guests who go to bed early.

If you want modest and affordable accommodation in a very attractive location and a step away from all facilities, Milona Studios can be an excellent choice.
