It is a 75m2 apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance to the building, which is of the cascade type and can host up to seven people (four adults and three children). The accommodation consists of two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for two, an extra bed, a bathroom with a shower and an outdoor shower. It has a fenced veranda overlooking the street and a seating area with a barbecue. Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning in the living room, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine are at guests' disposal. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. Pets are welcome with prior request. Guests enter a clean accommodation and then take care of their own hygiene. For reservations of five or more nights, they have an additional set of towels and bed linen at their disposal, which they are responsible for replacing. Private parking is not provided, but a free parking space can be found in front of the accommodation itself or along the street where it is located. Casa Di Calma is a recently renovated property located in Eleohorio, about 5km from Amolofi beach and about 5.5km from Nea Peramos. The nearest beach is about 4 km away from the property. We offer two air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and private parking. For the convenience of those staying in the apartments, there is a private entrance. The apartments offer guests a terrace, a sea view, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a refrigerator, as well as a private bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a hairdryer.
