Fotini's Apartment is located in the small and quiet village of Nea Peramos, not far from Kavala, and offers well-equipped accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The interior combines rustic elements and a simple design that contributes to a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The nearest beach is only 400 meters from the building.

The apartment is located on the first floor, but due to the cascade construction, the entrance is accessed from the second floor level. It can host a maximum of five people. It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, while the living room has a sofa for one person. A cot is available on request and at no extra charge.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi, TV, hair dryer and washing machine are at guests' disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with four ceramic plates, a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. Guests can enjoy the balcony with a distant view of the sea and the town itself.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. For reservations longer than four days, cleaning of the unit, as well as change of towels and bed linen, is done every three days. Guests are provided with one private parking space within the property of the building where the apartment is located.
