Elena 4 Apartment is located in the very center of Nea Peramos, close to the beach and promenade. The accommodation is only a one-minute walk from the center, while the nearest mini-market is 100m away, and the Masoutis supermarket is 550m away. The city beach in Nea Peramos is only 100m away, while the famous Amolofi beach is 2.1km away.

The 50m2 apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people, i.e. two adults and two children. It consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa for two people. The apartment leads to a balcony that overlooks the courtyard and has direct access to it.

The accommodation is equipped with two air conditioners, one each in the living room and bedroom, while there is a fan on the balcony. Internet, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets and washing machine are available to guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower with a glass door, and a cot is available free of charge on request.

Guests enter clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. For reservations of five or more nights, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided, which guests change themselves.

The building has a nicely decorated and fenced yard with seating. Private parking is not provided, but free parking can be found in front of the accommodation itself or along the street where the facility is located.
