Our description
Villa Mirtia Studios is located in Minies, near Svoronata and near the airport. It is about 300m away from the beach. It offers guests studios for two or three people and apartments for four people, as well as private parking, a beautifully landscaped yard and free Wi-Fi.

We offer 10 studios for three, with one double and one single bed, as well as one double and one extra bed.

Two apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen. In both rooms there is air conditioning and TV, and the kitchen has a large refrigerator, washing machine and oven.

We also offer one duplex apartment with one double bed in the first bedroom and two singles in the second, and with a bathroom in each room.

All accommodation units are characterized by a high level of cleanliness, and have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace or porch with its own seating area, overlooking the sea.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done every day.

The building, 6 km from Argostoli, was built on a family farm of 2.5 hectares, dotted with olive trees, palm trees, vines and other trees. The yard, in addition to parking for all guests, has a barbecue, deck chairs, outdoor furniture. The yard is cool, ideal for socializing, and the large lawn for running and playing, as well as the toys that are on it, will make the youngest ones very happy.

Accommodation can be reached by going along the coastal road (parallel to the main road) from Argostoli and at the accommodation Casa Buganvilla turn right and after turning into the second street on the right keep straight 700 meters. After that, turn right into the street and after 100 meters you will arrive at the accommodation on your left.

Mirtia Studios villa is ideal for families with children and couples who want a quality stay in a quiet place, close to the beach.

Mirtia Studios is located on a 2.5-acre property in the coastal village of Minies, just under 9.5km from Argostoli. In the yard there are trees of various fruits, vineyards and olive groves. There is also a barbecue and oven available to guests, as well as private parking. The studios are equipped with air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen and toilet, and have a sea view. There are two four-bed duplex apartments with two separate bedrooms and one four-bed apartment with one bedroom and two beds in the living room.

At about 300m from the accommodation there are two beaches and the famous beaches Makris Gyalos and Platis Gylos are at about 4.5km.
