Loxandra Studios is located in Metamorfosi, about 40 meters from the center and 70 meters from the beach. Only the road separates it from the beautiful pine forest and playgrounds for children, so that guests of this accommodation can enjoy the view of the pleasant greenery, and several accommodation units upstairs have a partial sea view.
It consists of a total of ten studios of about 30m2, for two to four people. All studios have a kitchenette with two hobs and necessary kitchen utensils, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, as well as private terraces. Double studios have two connected single beds (or one French) and an extra bed can be inserted in them. The quadruple studios have two connected single beds (or one double) and bunk beds. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as studio cleaning, after three nights.

Loxandra Studios (16) is located in Metamorfisi, Sithonia, the second finger of the Halkidiki peninsula, and offers double, triple or quadruple accommodation for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday.
They were built in the period 2006-2007 and belong to the 3-key category. All studios have a balcony, kitchenette, refrigerator, toilet with shower, air conditioning and TV. All studios offer sea and forest views.
The studios are located 90km from Thessaloniki, 75km from the international airport Macedonia (SKG), 22km from Moudania, 8km from Nikiti and 28km from Marmaras.
Loxandra Studios also has an atrium and a café-pancake house, where you can spend your time enjoying from early morning until late at night.
