Patriko House is located in the village of Metagitsi, inland of Sithonia, 4.7 km from Thessaloniki Beach and 14 km from Metamorfosi. This traditional and at the same time modern house offers a unique opportunity for a peaceful stay in an authentic Greek environment, far from the crowds, yet close to the sea and all amenities. The building combines traditional stone architecture with a modern interior, mixing the spirit of the past with today's conveniences.

The accommodation is organized as a maisonette on two levels and is suitable for up to five adults. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine. One room is equipped with a double bed and decorated in warm tones, while the other has two single beds. On the first floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and an additional bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for one adult, and the whole space exudes functionality and warmth, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

The interior is characterized by a harmonious combination of wood, stone and modern elements. Guests have at their disposal two air conditioners (one on each level, included in the price), Smart TV with internet connection and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with four ceramic plates, an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Hair dryers, ironing boards and clothes drying racks are also available to guests, making the accommodation convenient for longer stays.

A special attraction of Patriko House is the balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation overlooking quiet village streets and traditional facades. The freshness coming from the surrounding olive groves provides an additional sense of comfort.

Guests are provided with one private parking space right next to the building, and free parking is also possible on the street in front of the house, which is a great advantage for those who come with their own transport.

The village of Metagitsi, with about 750 inhabitants, is known for its traditional cuisine and authentic way of life.
