Koumaros Villas is an accommodation in Loutra, with an unlimited view of the Aegean Sea and a unique sunset. It is located in the exact same location as the Koumaros Hotel, just a few meters away, and consists of seven independent villas. The villas have two or three levels (ground floor, first and second level), large terraces, a yard with a barbecue, seating, umbrellas and a shared pool.

Villa Marilena No.37 (125m2) consists of three levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with two sofa beds for one adult and two children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a dining table and a small toilet. The staircase leads to the first and second floors. On the first level, there are two bedrooms with one double or two single beds, a bathroom and terraces with seating. On the second level there is a bedroom with one double bed, a separate bathroom and a large terrace. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, parking, a large yard and easy access to the common area of the complex.

Villa Stathis No. 33 (135m2) consists of three levels. The entrance to the villa is from the back, next to the smaller entrance to the complex, 30m from the parking lot. On the first level there is a living room with two sofa beds for one adult and two children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a dining table and a small toilet. The staircase leads to the first and second floors. On the first level, there are two bedrooms with one double or two single beds, a bathroom and terraces with seating. On the second level there is a bedroom with a double bed, a separate bathroom and a large terrace. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, parking, a large yard and easy access to the common area of the complex.

Villa Antony No. 34 (145m2) consists of three levels. The entrance is directly from the parking lot, next to the main entrance to the complex, and leads to the first floor where there is a living room with two sofa beds for two adults and two children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a dining table, a small toilet and a terrace with seating. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with one French bed and one single bed each, i.e. two single beds, terraces and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a large terrace with furniture for sitting. The villa has a small yard and easy access to the common area of the complex from the ground floor.

Ville Joy & Mary No. 35 and No. 36 (145m2) consist of three levels. The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms with one double or two single beds, a bathroom and a terrace.

Villa Eva No. 28 (105m2) on the ground floor has a living room with two sofa beds for up to four children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a dining table, a small toilet, a terrace with seating furniture and a barbecue on the ground floor. The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms with one double or two single beds, a bathroom and a terrace.
