Villa Shkalla is located in a quiet location, away from noise and traffic. It is a new accommodation, with new and high-quality furniture. A brick barbecue is also available to guests. The owners are friendly and available to their guests.

Villa Skala is located in the wider center of Limenas, 220m from the town center and 700m from the city beach. The first market is located 200m from the villa. We must mention that the accommodation is located on a hill and is reached by stairs.

The accommodation consists of three studios located on the ground floor and are about 22m2 in size. Studio number 101, which is the first thing you encounter when you enter the terrace from the stairs, has two single beds and two sofas for one person each. Studio number 102, which is located in the middle, and studio number 103, which is the last in the row, have one double bed and a drawer bed that can be pulled out as needed and significantly reduces the available space.

In front of the last studio (studio number 103) there is a common kitchen and a common washing machine that all guests can use if they wish. There is also a brick barbecue.

All studios have a bathroom without a shower (only tiles with a curtain), a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, a hairdryer, an iron, a safe, an LCD TV and air conditioning. In front of each studio there is a table with chairs for sitting and the area is partially separated by a screen so that the guests have privacy. A baby cot is available on request. Pets are allowed with the owner's approval.

Cleaning of accommodation units, change of towels and bed linen are provided for three days.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can find a very easy place to park in the area.

As soon as you disembark, turn left to join the traffic and drive straight all the way to the old port. When you reach the museum in Limenas, at the fork in the road, turn right and then right again. After 100m, turn right again into the street and drive straight for about 450m, where you will see a house on the left, which can be reached by stairs.

This accommodation is an excellent choice for all people who want to be accommodated in a bigger place, close to all city events, archaeological sites and beautiful beaches.

The apartment is only five minutes from the promenade, which is full of shops and restaurants. Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
