Villa Santa Marina is a luxurious and newly built facility that offers its visitors complete privacy, as it is an independent rental unit. It is a very nice accommodation, with a swimming pool and a landscaped yard.

This accommodation is located outside Limenas, some 3 km from the city center and 3.3 km from the city beach, that is, 2.3 km from Tarsanas beach. The first store is located 1.6 km from the accommodation.

It is a one-story house, that is, an apartment (45m2) with two bedrooms that share a kitchen, which is located between the two rooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a corner sofa where two children can sleep, while the second bedroom has one double bed. Each room has a separate entrance, so you don't have to go through another bedroom when entering the apartment. Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning, as well as a wardrobe for storing things.

As we mentioned, the kitchen is located between the two bedrooms and each of the rooms has access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle and basic dishes. In the kitchen there is also a large refrigerator with a freezer.

There is only one bathroom and it has a shower cabin.

Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done twice a week.

The apartment also has a large communal veranda with a dining table and brick barbecue, so the atmosphere is truly complete. The space is ideal for socializing and dining together, with a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Around the pool there are deckchairs and a swing, which the guests of this accommodation can freely use.

The yard is very meticulously maintained, the apartment itself is surrounded by olive groves, which gives a special note of an authentic Greek environment.

The accommodation has a private parking lot.

We recommend this accommodation to guests who do not want to be in the center of events, but are looking for a quiet location, without noise. The apartment is well equipped and stylishly decorated and we are sure that you will spend unforgettable moments in this accommodation.

Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
