The Glikadi hotel is located in one of the best locations on Thassos, first of all, due to its proximity to the capital for wonderful evening walks, shopping, activities for children, but also the proximity of a large number of beautiful beaches located in the vicinity of Limenas. Private parking is also available to guests.
The accommodation is located 5 km from the center of Limenas, while it is 1 km from the popular La Scala beach as well as from Papalimani beach. There is also a small beach in front of the accommodation.
Hotel Glikadi was designed and built by its owner, Charalampos Georgalis in 1989. Hotel Glikadi consists of 24 accommodation units, distributed in two buildings. In the first building, there are 14 rooms with a direct or side view of the sea, while in the second building there are 10 economy rooms that overlook the courtyard and the surrounding area. The units do not have a kitchen, and breakfast is buffet style.
The first building has three types of units: rooms with a direct view of the sea, rooms with a side view of the sea and apartments.
There are five rooms with direct sea view, one of which is located on the upper ground floor, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. Two rooms have two single beds and three have a double bed, while the third bed is a sofa. A maximum of three adults or two adults and two minor children can stay in these rooms.
As for the rooms with a side view of the sea, there are four of them, two are located on the first and two on the second floor. They include one French bed and a sofa bed. A maximum of three adults can stay in these accommodation units, or two adults and two minor children.
There are five apartments in total, one is located on the upper ground floor, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. All apartments have a French bed and a sofa bed. Up to three adults or two adults and two children up to 18 years of age are allowed to stay.
The area of the rooms in the first building is 25m2, while the area of the apartment is 32m2.
Rooms in the second building are more economical. There are a total of 19 units, five of which are designed for up to three adults, while the remaining seven are for up to two people. Triple rooms have one double bed and a sofa bed, while double rooms have one double or two single beds.
Towels and bed linen are changed every other day.
Private parking is located directly opposite the accommodation.
In order to get to this accommodation, after disembarking, you need to continue driving straight until the intersection where you need to turn right, following the direction to Potos. After 2-3 km on your left, you will see Hotel Glikadi.
The first market is located 2 km from the accommodation.
Glikadi Hotel is a resort on the beach, but it also has a free swimming pool of 110m2 surrounded by a terrace, sunbeds and umbrellas. The poolside bar together with the terrace offers a wide selection of drinks and dishes. One part of the pool is designed so that children can also enjoy it.
