Finikes Studios is located in a quiet location in Limenas. Nearby are a bakery, a super market, as well as the city center itself. Each unit has a kitchen, a standard balcony, WiFi, access to the pool, and air conditioning.
As we mentioned above, the accommodation is located in Limenas, the capital of Thassos. It is only 230m away from the first supermarket, bakery, and the center.
The beach is located at a distance of 1 km.
The Finikes facility has a total of ten units: two economy two-bed studios, four standard two-bed studios, two superior three-bed studios and two standard four-bed apartments. They are arranged on the high ground floor and on the first floor.
Double economy studios (23m2) consist of one French bed. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Both of these studios are located on the lower floor, that is, on the high ground floor.
Two-bed standard studios (32m2) consist of one French bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin. One such studio is located on the high ground floor, while the other three are on the first floor.
Three-bed superior studios (32m2) consist of one French bed and a single bed or one French bed and a sofa. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Both such studios are located on the first floor.
Four-bed standard apartments (32m2) consist of one French bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Both apartments are located on the high ground floor.
All units of this accommodation have a standard balcony with a view of the yard and the street, TV, WiFi, hair dryer, kettle, iron, safe, as well as air conditioning. A pool with deck chairs, a nice yard with garden furniture and a shared barbecue are at guests' disposal.
Cleaning is done every day, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
The yard is fenced, nicely landscaped, and the grass is maintained. It has a swimming pool with deckchairs, garden furniture and a shared barbecue.
The accommodation has private parking with a limited number of places, which cannot be reserved. A total of six vehicles can be parked.
When you disembark from the ferry, go straight to Dimitriadou Street, where you will turn left, and at the next intersection, take another street on the right, where you will go straight, until the end of that street (where the cemetery is located). Then you turn left, then go straight for about 140m, where you will turn left again, and in 35m you will come across accommodation on your left.
Finikes Studios is an excellent choice for all those who would like to spend their summer in peace in the capital, not far from the center, large and well-stocked supermarkets, as well as other facilities that this place has to offer. Given that this facility also has a swimming pool, while each unit is equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, and a TV, it is up to the guests to enjoy their summer vacation carefree.
