Akrokeramon Apartments is an accommodation in Limenas, on Papias beach, in a very quiet place, isolated from crowds, noise and traffic. The yard is nicely decorated, and the owners are friendly. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the location.
The villa is about 1.5 km from the city center.
It is a new building with one studio and several apartments for 4-5 people.
Apartment number 33 (45m2) is located on the second floor and has a fantastic view of the sea. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa and a single bed. This apartment has a spacious terrace and mosquito nets on the windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and a large fridge with freezer. The bathroom is medium in size, with a shower cabin.
Apartment number 23 is located on the first floor and is completely the same as apartment number 33 (which has a better view of the sea).
Studio number 22 (25m2) is located on the first floor and has one double bed and one single bed, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV and bathroom with shower.
Apartment number 21 (40m2) is located on the first floor. There is one double bed in the air-conditioned bedroom, and one sofa bed in the living room. The terrace is on the sunny side and is very spacious, there is no awning, but the owners have provided a parasol. What characterizes this apartment are two balconies, one is in front of the apartment with a table and two chairs, while the other is accessed from the bedroom. The bathroom in this apartment is different and consists of three smaller rooms.
Apartment number 12 (60m2) is located in the basement. There is one double bed in the bedroom, and three single beds in the living room, so this apartment can accommodate up to five people. In the living room, there is an air conditioner and a dining table, and the kitchen is fully equipped and has a large refrigerator and an oven. This apartment has a bathtub in the bathroom. The only place you'll notice you're in the basement is the bedroom.
Apartments 21 and 12 are located in the left part of the building, which was built in 2004, while the studio and other apartments are located in the new part of the building, built before 2014.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and very spacious, they have TV, kitchen, bathroom, one or two terraces (verandahs) and wireless internet. Some apartments are equipped with new and some with older furniture.
Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every two days, and bed linen is changed every three days.
Guests can, if they wish, pay for breakfast, which is served in the bar in front of the accommodation. Also, guests can use deckchairs with drinks. Guests can park in front of the accommodation.
When you get off the ferry, the villa is to the right of the harbor as seen from the sea, on the beach after the Vournelis Hotel, by the Papias bar. The beach is sandy and gravelly, with a gradual depth.
Akrokeramon Apartments can be an excellent choice if you want accommodation on the beach in the city. In addition to the beach directly in front of the villa, the famous Tarsanas beach with natural shade is just a few hundred meters away, and other famous beaches such as Makrijamos, Mermerne, La Scala and Pahis are easily accessible.
