One of the most popular accommodations in this destination
Voulis Studios is an accommodation located at the very entrance to Limenaria. The house in question is on a hill, so most of the balconies have a view of the sea (of course, sometimes the view is clear and sometimes partial, depending on the position of the room). It is only a 2-minute drive from all the facilities offered by Limenaria.
The city beach is 200m away. The villa is 400m from the nearest shop and 1km from the center of Limenaria, where you can find all the cafes, taverns, shops and the promenade.
The offer includes one maisonette, two apartments and ten studios, one of which, studio #7, will be rented out only as needed. Investments are made in accommodation every year.
Maisonette (#12) is located on the second floor and has a larger corner terrace with a sea view. It is accessed from the living room, which is on the lower floor and has a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and stove. On the first floor (attic) there is one bedroom with two single beds, which is separated by an accordion door. There are also two single beds in the open space accessed from the stairs. Downstairs, the bathroom is separated by a sliding door, in which there is a shower. Since these rooms are located in the attic, the roof is slanted in the separate bedroom and bathroom. The beds are wooden. The maisonette is designed for four people.
The apartments are located on the second floor. Apartment #14 has a sea view. In the living room there is a double bed, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a shower. There are two single beds in the bedroom. Apartment #15 overlooks the mountain, the street and partly the sea. In the living room there are two single beds and an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator. The bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The beds in these two units are wooden.
There are three studios on the ground floor and only they have mosquito nets. Studio #7 has one double bed, studio #8 has one double and one single bed, and studio #9 has one double and two single beds. All three units have an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and stove, as well as a smaller bathroom with a shower and a curtain. They are decorated more modernly and are shaded from the sun by the trees in front of the villa. They look at the yard.
There are six studios on the first floor.
Studio #1 has one double bed and partially overlooks the sea because the view is obscured by the trees in front of the house.
Studio #2 has one double bed and one single bed. It is decorated more modernly. The view of the sea is obscured by the trees in front of the house.
Studio #3 has one double bed, one single bed and a renovated bathroom. It is more modernly decorated and has a partial view of the sea and the street.
Studio #4 has two single beds and a sea view.
Studio #5 has three single wooden beds and a sea view.
Studio #6 has one double bed, one single bed and a partial sea view. The bathroom is smaller but renovated.
The kitchens in the studios on the first floor are equipped and each has a stove and a small refrigerator. The bathrooms have shower tubs with a curtain.
The last two studios are located on the second floor (#10 and #11) and have sea views. Studio #10 has a double bed, while studio #11 has a double and a single bed. The bathrooms are smaller with shower tubs and a curtain, and the kitchens are equipped with a stove and a small refrigerator. Due to the smaller area, the auxiliary bed inserted in #10 has smaller dimensions than the standard one.
Only studios on the ground floor have mosquito nets.
Cleaning is done every other day. The frequency of changing towels and bed linen depends on the length of the guest's stay. Most often for 3-5 days.
There is a private parking lot about 50m from the accommodation.
Coming from Prinos, you will see a sign for this accommodation on the right side of the road 900m after the Iris Gold factory.
