Thoma-is Studios is located in a quiet place in the very center of Limenaria, not far from the beach. It offers guests privacy and the opportunity for rest and silence from everyday hustle and bustle.

The beach is 350m away, while the first super market is 190m away.

The accommodation offers a total of four units: three double-bed studios and one apartment with two separate bedrooms, which can accommodate four people.

One double studio (2 Bed Studio) is located at the front of the building and has two joined single beds and a view of the street.

The other two double studios (2 Bed Studio, Garden View) are located at the back of the building and each have two joined single beds and a view of the courtyard.

The duplex apartment (2 Bedroom Apartment) is located at the front of the building and has two French beds and a view of the courtyard and the street.

All units are located on the upper ground floor, have a balcony (duplex apartment has two), air conditioning (duplex apartment has one in each bedroom), WiFi, TV, kitchen with two hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and hair dryer. The bathrooms are tiled with a curtain.

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every two days, while sheets are changed every three days.

The yard has a table and chairs for sitting.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park their vehicle in front of/around the accommodation, where there is usually space.

If you are looking for accommodation that offers peace and privacy, while at the same time being in the center and close to all the happenings, then Thoma-is Studios accommodation would not be a bad choice for you.
