Makarona Village is a modern complex of apartments located in a peaceful and idyllic setting, outside the town of Limenaria, offering an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. These maisonettes offer the perfect combination of comfort and style, with carefully selected furniture, contemporary decor and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. They are suitable for families looking for peace and privacy, while the center of Limenaria is easily accessible in just a few minutes' drive, where guests can enjoy restaurants, shops and beaches.
We offer four independent accommodation units, which are two-level studios with accommodation capacity for a maximum of two adults and three children. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa for two people, a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the gallery there is a double bed. If necessary, an additional folding bed can be inserted.
A baby cot is available upon request and at no additional cost.
Within these air-conditioned studios, guests have at their disposal a TV, free Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, an induction plate with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower without a tub with a glass screen.
Guests have at their disposal a veranda with a view of the beautifully landscaped yard, which is equipped with seating.
There is natural shade and lots of greenery in the yard, and each accommodation unit has a small private part of the yard in front of the entrance. A barbecue is available on request.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior agreement with the owners.
The accommodation unit is cleaned and towels are changed every two days, while bed linen is changed every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.
Private parking is available and is free for guests.
Makarona Village is located 4km from Pefkari, 5km from Potos and 37km from the capital Limenas. The nearest airport in Kavala is 62 km away.
