Nikos Apartment & Studios is located in a quiet part of Limenaria. The house is in the city, but not in the center, so it is protected from traffic noise and busy streets. It is ten minutes' walk from the beach and five minutes from the city center and offers guests one beautiful and spacious apartment and several studios on the first floor.

It is 200m from the center and 500m from the beach.

In its offer, Nikos Apartment & Studios has one apartment, one four-bed studio, three three-bed and one two-bed studio.

The apartment (100m2) on the ground floor has three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms with a bathtub (one has a washing machine) and a kitchen with a large fridge and a stove with an oven, which is connected to the living room with a dining table and chairs. In two bedrooms there is one single and one double bed, while in the third there are three single beds. If guests pay the price for six people, only two bedrooms are available to them (the third is locked), and if they pay the price for nine people, all three bedrooms are available to them.

Studio number #6 has three single beds, with two single beds joined together. Studio number 7 has four beds and has one French bed and two single beds. These two units have an area of ​​22m2. In studio number #8, which is also triple and has an area of ​​18m2, there is one double bed and one single bed, as well as in studio number #10, which is slightly smaller and has an area of ​​12m2. The only two-bed studio, i.e. accommodation unit #9, has one French bed and an area of ​​10m2.

The units have internet, mosquito nets (on some windows), TV and air conditioning.

All rooms are cleaned halfway through the stay, and bed linen and towels are changed on that occasion.

The house has a small yard, where there is a table with chairs and a brick grill in the shade. There are also several toys for children - a swing, a plastic slide and a swing.

Guests can find parking on the street in front of the house, where there is always room.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the central intersection in Limenaria, continue driving straight, turn into the second street (after the intersection) on the left, drive straight for another 300m (continue straight through the small intersection near the Koukoutsi restaurant) and you will see the villa on the right side of the street.

If you want decent and affordable accommodation, in a quiet location from where you can tour the island by car, and go for an evening walk on foot, Nikos Apartment & Studios can be an excellent choice.
